Beverage Cart & Snack Bar Attendant

About the role

Encanto Golf Course, located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a driven individual to join our fast-paced hospitality team as a Beverage Cart & Snack Bar Attendant. As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, you will contribute to a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Attends to guests in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items
• Maintains an organized and clean work area
• Controls inventory by conscientiously using and monitoring food and beverage products
• Receives deliveries from vendors and ensures proper storage
• Reports to the department manager when supplies need to be ordered
• Stocks and inventories products
• Responds to customer questions about facility information
• Supports food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
• Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef
• Reviews daily schedule, calendar of events, and facility activities
• Processes snack bar purchases using the EZLinks point of sale (POS) system
• Accounts for cash and check transactions
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training provided
• Must meet age requirement for serving alcohol
• Must have obtained a Certified Food Handler’s Card
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
