Beverage Cart Attendant/ Carryout Specialist

About the Role

New Albany Country Club is a prestigious private country club located in scenic New Albany, Ohio, just 5 minutes from I-270 and OH-161 and 10 minutes from Easton. This position offers a fun, upbeat, and friendly environment in a fast-paced, food service-oriented atmosphere. The role is team-oriented and works closely with multiple club operations, including golf, bath and tennis, à la carte dining, and catering. Consistent scheduling and a daily routine are provided, along with multiple special events throughout the season.

Schedule

Needed shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow procedures and protocols to ensure the entire team is set up to succeed in providing great experiences to members.
• Be consistently available to members and guests via the beverage cart and/or Halfway House.
• Provide food and beverages efficiently to avoid interrupting or delaying the pace of play.
• Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and inventory of beverage carts and Halfway House stock daily.
• Maintain consistent high service standards as outlined in training.
• Display comprehensive knowledge of offerings, hours, and procedures regarding the beverage cart, Halfway House, Men's Grill, and golf operations.
• Follow daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and independently execute day-to-day operations.
• Guarantee all areas are member-ready at all times.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Become familiar with members' names and greet them warmly to make them feel at home.
• Assist fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service.

Requirements

• Must be flexible and able to perform in various roles based on the club's needs, including beverage cart attendant and carryout specialist.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Ability to safely navigate a beverage cart around the golf course.
• Golf and/or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years old.

Pay

$11.00 per hour + tips when working as a Beverage Cart Attendant; $15.00 per hour when working Carryout.
