Beverage Attendant

About the role

Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN offers a unique dining experience featuring horses, music, and a gourmet four-course meal. We are currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals who enjoy fast-paced fun and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist arena servers with setup
• Communicate between kitchen and arena teams to keep the show running smoothly
• Deliver food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality
• Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
• Maintain food equipment and maintain safe temperatures
• Aid guests with food allergy questions and ensure safe serving practices
• Clean tables and sections after the show
• Remove dishes and transport items back to the kitchen area
• May cross-train in serving duties for additional responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit
• High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Thrives in a lively, fast-moving environment

Physical Requirements

• Continuous walking, including stairs
• Frequent bending, twisting, balancing, and lifting
• Carrying trays of food, beverages, and dishes
• Pushing and pulling racks throughout the shift
