Bev & Chem Refurbish Technician

Position Summary

The Beverage and Chemical Refurbish Technician is responsible for repairs and maintenance of beverage and chemical equipment within the refurbishment center.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Beverage and Chemical and Sales team
• Provide service and repairs on beverage and chemical systems
• Troubleshoots, tests, repairs, quality control and services equipment for use or resale
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment per schedule
• Communicate, cooperate and interact with sales department
• Complete weekly activity/service plan for each upcoming week
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience: 1 – 3 Years’ experience
• Mechanical and/or electrical and plumbing experience.
• Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair and re-assemble.
• Warewashing and Beverage experience.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical control circuits and AC/DC drive circuitry/components.
• Ability to troubleshoot, program and operate electrical control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 lbs, with frequent lifting of 25 - 40 lbs.
• Willingness to cooperate constructively in a team environment with others and supervisors.
• Willingness to work in a safe, organized manner and to follow OSHA and Company guidelines.
