About the role

Provide essential, hands-on care in clients' homes while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care
• Ensure clients' safety and comfort in their homes
• Help clients maintain independence

Requirements

• Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong English communication skills

Pay

• Base pay: $20/hour
• Additional case differential based on: Hours per day / days per week, Distance traveled, Pets in the home, Couples Cases, Level of care required
• Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the case

Schedule

• Day Shifts (Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday- Wednesday): 7am-7pm (12 Hours), 8am-8pm (12 Hours), 8am-6pm (10 Hours), 9am-7pm (10 Hours), 8am-4pm (8 Hours), 9am-5pm (8 Hours)
• Overnight Shifts (Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday- Wednesday): 7pm-7am (12 Hours), 8pm-8am (12 Hours), 9pm-9am (12 Hours), 8pm-6am (10 Hours), 9pm-7am (10 Hours)
