Berater *in SAP Berechtigungen S/4HANA

Full-time

About the role

As one of several experts, you will advise our existing and new customers on a user-driven SAP ERP system in cross-team and cross-departmental project teams. You will accompany S/4HANA transformation projects in the energy sector throughout the entire project duration.

  • Engage in customer contact from the outset, coordinating requirements for roles/authorizations in front-end and back-end during workshops.
  • Develop suitable concepts and implement them together with the customer, including test support.
  • Provide holistic technical and process consulting, e.g., with a focus on security, contributing to the success of the transformation.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in SAP consulting or development, specifically in authorization contexts for SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA systems.
  • Ideally, additional module knowledge in at least one central SAP module (SD, MM, FI, CO, HCM) and technical know-how (e.g., debugging).
  • Familiarity with best practice roles, Fiori Spaces/Pages, or Segregation of Duties.
  • Interest in further developing your expertise in SAP authorizations, sharing knowledge, and shaping our SAP consulting portfolio in this area.
  • Willingness to travel for customer projects and team exchanges at the Oldenburg location.
  • Good German language skills (minimum level B2).

Benefits

  • Onboarding with in-person and remote support through a mentor model and regular check-ins with your manager.
  • Flexible working hours with a time-off account, full- or part-time (20–40 hours per week), and 30 days of vacation (for full-time).
  • Homeoffice options, ranging from individual days to full remote work, with no fixed attendance days.
  • Flexible workspace concept with workshop rooms, co-working spaces, collaboration tools, and top hardware (e.g., MacBook) for comfortable work—whether alone, in a team, in the office, or from home.
  • SAP training and certification strategy, including a personal SAP Learning Hub license and skill management tool.
  • Informal culture ("Duz-Kultur"), social intranet, monthly after-work events, and quarterly employee surveys.
  • Job security: permanent contract, diverse customers and industries, and EWE AG as a strong parent company.
  • Well-being benefits: Hansefit, employer-funded pension model, free external social and health counseling, (e-)bike leasing, and time-value accounts for professional breaks.

Pay

Starting salary: €60,000 – €80,000 gross per year (for 40 hours per week, 12 salaries), depending on your competence level, with transparent salary development within our compensation system.
