BEOL Reliability Engineer
About the Role
In your role as a BEOL TQR Staff Engineer, you'll use your strong problem-solving skills to support the reliability engineering activity for advanced CMOS technology nodes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, plan, and execute reliability evaluations for new technology qualification, process changes, and abnormal events.
- Design, execute, and analyze designed experiments to improve semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Utilize statistical tools and reliability models to extract lifetime from time-to-fail data.
- Conduct reliability assessments to ensure semiconductor fabrication processes are robust and optimized.
- Develop and optimize reliability test methods and modeling for reliability risk detection and margin improvement.
Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Material, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, solid knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms, underlying physics, and statistical analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of wafer-fabrication processes.
Pay
The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 and $212,650. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on organizational and individual performance.
