Job Description Sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 based upon skill level and certifications! The Service Technician services and repairs vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures. The role is focused on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability of the department. In addition, he or she may be assigned to conduct pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure excellent working order for the customer. Responsibilities Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testingPerforms routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobsRepairs vehicles as assignedEnsures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standardsHelps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functionsFollows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rulesPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredPost-secondary automotive training, certification, or equivalent work experience3-5 years Bentley, Audi, or Porsche experience preferredASE Certification preferredBroad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledgeUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordAble to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehiclesGood communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressHighly professional and dependableExcellent work history Benefits Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days.
