Benefits Specialist | Remote
About the role
Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries via phone, email, and help desk.
Manage inquiries from intake through resolution, including appropriate escalation when needed.
Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and qualifying life events in compliance with plan rules and regulations.
Advises employees on eligibility, plan provisions, and coverage options.
Tracks and communicates inquiry status updates to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Utilizes documented processes, policies, and knowledge resources to provide consistent and accurate responses.
PARTNER Closely with HR colleagues to support broader HR initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities

Benefits
