    • Aid union members with benefit-related questions
    • Educate members on available coverage and programs
    • Support enrollment and claims processes
    • Build relationships with members and their families
    • Maintain accurate documentation and records
    • Cook up with internal teams to resolve member concerns
    • Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up
