Benefits Sales Producer--Northeast US
About the role
Asure is growing and we're seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join our expanding team. This is a role based in the Northeast US and requires a current Life, Accident and Health license.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Ownership of the various relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinates client/broker conference calls during sales process
- Work with clients/brokers to offer ideas and insights to improve service needs
- Work closely with Sr. Sales Executive to ensure accurate managing of the client/broker
- Collect and prepare contract and setup documents for Implementation
- Bi-weekly team meetings with Benefit Operations Director and Client Services Supervisor to ensure all teams are up to date with changes within the departments
- Update all sales activity in Salesforce
- Prepare proposals, pricing for new sales, demos, etc.
- Increase sales by cross-selling/up-selling
- Weekly sales meetings
- Build new broker/association/partner relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Minimum of 5 years as an Employee Benefits Producer
- Life, Accident and Health License is required
- Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting and other comparable tools
- Track record of consistent over achievement of assigned sales quota
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
