Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides front desk HR support as the daily initial point of contact for walk-ins and phone calls.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding benefit services, payroll deduction, and retirement information.
- Initiates new hire outreach and follows up on any outstanding deliverables.
- Provides HR ticketing system support by taking on duties of air traffic control (ATC), including directing tickets and phone calls to appropriate HR teams.
- Supports cyclical eligibility audit processes.
- Affords support for the bill payment process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. 1-2 years of related experience in a customer service capacity.
- Intermediate experience with MS Office.
- Ability to comfortably lead employee presentations and meetings.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education/Experience: 2+ years of direct experience in benefits administration, human resources, or customer support preferred.
- Advanced-level experience in MS Office.
- Direct experience developing and/or leading group presentations, meetings, or events—both instructor-led and virtual.

- The incumbent works in a typical office environment, relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards.
