About the role
Conduct personalized consultations with association members via phone, Zoom, and in person. Educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement options, and retirement-focused insurance solutions. Leverage AEP as a primary selling season while maintaining year-round engagement with association members. Present at association workshops, chapter meetings, and educational events. Use a consultative approach to assess needs, explain options, and guide benefit decisions in a compliant manner. Participate in ongoing Medicare Advantage training and compliance support, including carrier and regulatory updates.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- An active Life and Health insurance license.
- AHIP certification and Medicare Advantage experience (preferred).
- Comfort with a fast-paced AEP selling environment.
- An entrepreneurial and self-directed mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for serving retirees and simplifying complex Medicare decisions.
- An interest in growing within a highly regulated and evolving Medicare landscape.

Pay
Performance-based commissions with advanced payouts and lifetime vesting. Typical first-year earnings range from $65,000 to $80,000, with top performers exceeding $90,000 in their first year.
