Benefits Manager

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in one of our offices: Atlanta, GA; Cincinnati, OH; Denver, CO; or Jacksonville, FL. Remote work is not available for this position.
About the role
Join our Benefits team and help shape the future of our global benefits programs. As a Benefits Manager, you will own end-to-end benefit programs, streamline processes, and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will enhance the experience of our employees while delivering cost-effective and impactful benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of national benefits strategy and day-to-day operations for programs including wellness, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and leaves.
- Coordinate with recordkeepers, third-party administrators, auditors, legal counsel, payroll, and HRIS teams on operations and escalations.
- Oversee plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions (SPDs), administrative procedures, and operational processes.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for wellbeing initiatives and benefits programs.
- Manage and coach direct reports.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education, training, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with Legal, Procurement, HRIS, Finance, and vendors.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for all management levels, vendors, and plan participants.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday.

Pay
The good faith estimated annual salary range for this full-time position is $108,200–$163,400. The actual starting salary will be based on your experience, skills, relevant education or training, and geographic location. Changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
