Benefits Manager
About the role
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, now or in the future. Candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. This position is hybrid 3 days per week in either our Atlanta, GA, Cincinnati, OH, Denver, CO or our Jacksonville, FL office. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Manages the development and execution of national benefits strategy and day-to-day operations for programs including wellness, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and leaves
- Captures and coordinates with recordkeepers, TPA’s, auditors, legal counsel, payroll and HRIS teams on day-to-day operations and escalations
- Manages plan documents, amendments, SPDs, administrative procedures and operational processes
- Develops and executes well planned communication strategies for wellbeing initiatives and benefits programs
- Manages and coaches direct reports
- Other related duties assigned as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, or 10+ years work experience
- Demonstrated influence and partnering skills (with Legal, Procurement, HRIS, Finance partners, vendor relationships)
- Oral and written communication skills relating to all management levels, vendors and plan participants
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities
- Strong working knowledge of Workday

Pay
The good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $108,200.00-$163,400.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
