About the role

The Benefits Insurance Producer – Individual Coverage role is dedicated to selling insurance policies and building relationships with clients. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects provided by the company
• Quote and sell insurance policies
• Protect the interests of both clients and insurance companies
• See tasks through to completion
• Document contact opportunities professionally
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Licensed – Active license required
• Prior insurance producer experience necessary
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Clear and calm communication skills
• Organized and able to plan effectively
• Team-oriented and positive attitude
• Professionalism and setting a positive example for others
