Benefits Coordinator and Employee Engagement Specialist

Schedule

8.0 hours per day; 260 days per year.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of five years of benefits, insurance, human resources, or related experience
• Ability to seek resources and solutions to effectively solve problems
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings
• Creative thinking and problem solving abilities, with a passion for enhancing employee experience and engagement

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or employee engagement roles, preferably in an educational institution or similiar setting
• Experience working with k-12 school benefits

Salary

$50,500 - $63,000 per year
