Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking projects.
- Serve as project manager and primary client contact, coordinating across teams and offices.
- Maintain and deepen client relationships, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior staff.
- Manage engagement risks, compliance, billing, collections, and budgeting.
- Present technical recommendations to clients and contribute to market activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years (Manager) or eight years (Senior Manager) of experience in employer benefit strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, MBA, or industry-specific designations are preferred.
- Experience leading large client engagements, managing multiple projects, and working with benefits technology.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills; ability to review quantitative work and develop junior staff.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.
