Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking projects.
  • Serve as project manager and primary client contact, coordinating across teams and offices.
  • Maintain and deepen client relationships, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior staff.
  • Manage engagement risks, compliance, billing, collections, and budgeting.
  • Present technical recommendations to clients and contribute to market activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum five years (Manager) or eight years (Senior Manager) of experience in employer benefit strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, MBA, or industry-specific designations are preferred.
  • Experience leading large client engagements, managing multiple projects, and working with benefits technology.
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills; ability to review quantitative work and develop junior staff.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.
