Benefits Analyst

About the role

In this role, you'll be a key partner in ensuring our benefit programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. You'll work on a variety of projects, collaborate with teams across the organization, and help shape the future of our benefits programs while continuing to grow your own expertise.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing our benefits enrollment systems and integrations
• Troubleshooting benefit system and payroll-related issues
• Analyzing benefits data, trends, and reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with Payroll, HR, IT, and benefit vendors to resolve issues and improve processes
• Supporting benefit implementations, testing, and open enrollment activities
• Serving as a benefits systems expert and helping train and support team members
• Identifying ways to improve efficiency and enhance the coworker experience

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in benefits administration, HR systems, payroll, insurance, or a related field
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience working with benefit enrollment systems and benefit plans
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Qualifications

• Knowledge of benefits regulations, HR systems, or project work is a plus
