About the role
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing and administering various employee benefits programs. They ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide support to employees regarding their benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer health insurance plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits.
- Prepare reports and documentation required by regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address any issues or concerns related to benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare and retirement benefits.
- Experience with benefits administration software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Benefits
Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
