Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in benefits administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs, claims administration, and benefits compliance requirements
- Experience analyzing benefits costs, claims data, and program performance metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally with employees
Additional Qualifications, Preferred Experience
- Supporting large, multi-location organizations
- Knowledge of wellness program design and implementation
- Experience with benefit plan renewals, vendor management, and broker relationships
- Familiarity with Form 5500 reporting and benefits compliance audits
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization
- Professional certification related to benefits, human resources, or healthcare administration (CEBS, SHRM, PHR, or similar)
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
