About the role

This role is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
