About the role
This role is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with remote work and virtual teams
