Responsibilities
- Design and develop employee leave plans, programs, and services
- Analyze market data and organizational trends to address benefit issues
- Oversee compliance of programs and manage contractors
- Provide insights to senior leadership on complex benefits issues
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits including financial analysis, performance metric development, plan design and administration
- Experience with benefits supplier contract management and regulatory compliance
- Extensive project management experience including requirement development and implementation
- Knowledge of leave programs and federal regulations including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA
