Benefit Program Technician
Location: Phelps County Child Support Office, 1101-1111 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO
About the role
As a Benefit Program Technician, you will serve Missouri citizens by assessing their child support needs during phone calls, in-person office visits, and online inquiries. You may assist and guide them through services such as verifying paternity, establishing child support orders, and enforcing and/or modifying both administrative and judicial orders.
We offer a six-month in-depth training program for all new employees with additional training as needed. This position has a consistent and structured work schedule while still allowing work/home life balance. This is a rewarding position with the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Missouri citizens and their families.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service OR
- Bachelor's Degree
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you must be personable, compassionate, and have a non-judgmental attitude. The ideal candidate would possess excellent customer service skills, typing skills, and be detail-oriented.
