About the role
The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for a Benefit Program Technician. This position will be located in the Marion County Customer Service Center based at 3055 Holman Dr., Hannibal, MO.
Responsibilities
- Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance.
- Interview clients in person and by telephone.
- Prepare summaries and much more.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent, or
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or
- Four years of customer service experience.
