About the role
The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for Benefit Program Technicians. These positions will be located in the Cape Girardeau County Customer Service Center based at 471 Siemers Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO.
Responsibilities
- Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance.
- Interview clients in person and by telephone.
- Prepare summaries and much more.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least four years of customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
