About the role

This position serves Missouri citizens by assessing their child support needs during phone calls, in-person office visits and online inquiries. You may assist and guide them through services such as verifying paternity, establishing child support orders and enforcing and/or modifying both administrative and judicial orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve Missouri citizens by assessing their child support needs during phone calls, in-person office visits and online inquiries.
• Assist and guide citizens through services such as verifying paternity, establishing child support orders and enforcing and/or modifying both administrative and judicial orders.

Requirements

• A high school diploma and at least four years of customer services experience OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Personable, compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive.
• Excellent customer service skills, proficient typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, and experience working with several different computer programs simultaneously.

• Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.

Individuals selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).
