Benefit Program Technician

About the role

The Family Support Division is seeking applications for Benefit Program Technicians. These positions will be in the Barry County Customer Service Center based at 208 East 8th Street, Cassville, MO.

Responsibilities

• Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance.
• Interview clients in person and by telephone.
• Prepare summaries and much more.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent AND at least four years of customer service experience, OR
• A Bachelor’s Degree.
