About the role
This position is based at the Ray County/Richmond Resource Center (901 E Lexington St, Richmond, MO) and helps Missouri citizens receive food, medical, financial, and nutritional assistance so they can live safe, healthy, and productive lives.
Responsibilities
- Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for assistance programs.
- Interview clients in person and by telephone.
- Prepare summaries and related documentation.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Personable, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis for denying consideration to any applicant.
