About the role
This position serves Missouri citizens by assessing their child support needs during phone calls, in-person office visits and online inquiries. You may assist and guide them through services such as verifying paternity, establishing child support orders and enforcing and/or modifying both administrative and judicial orders.Responsibilities

- Assist and guide citizens through services such as verifying paternity, establishing child support orders and enforcing and/or modifying both administrative and judicial orders.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and at least four years of customer services experience OR a bachelor’s degree.
- Personable, compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working with several different computer programs simultaneously.
- Proficient typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
