About the role

The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for Benefit Program Technicians. These positions will be located in the Jasper County Customer Service Center based at 601 Commercial, Joplin, MO.

Responsibilities

• Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance.
• Interview clients in person and by telephone.
• Prepare summaries.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service experience, or
• A Bachelor’s Degree.
