About the role
The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for a Benefit Program Technician. This position will be located in the Miller County - Eldon Customer Service Center based at 6 Industrial Drive, Eldon, MO.
Responsibilities
- Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance.
- Interview clients in person and by telephone.
- Prepare summaries.
- Process nursing home applications for the State of Missouri.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent, or
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
Qualifications
- At least four years of customer service experience, or
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
