What Will I Do?

• Build & Manage Employer Relationships
• Act as the trusted partner for employers—providing guidance on plan design, compliance, and changes while delivering training and representing MERS at meetings and events.
• Lead Plan Administration & Implementation
• Support the full lifecycle of retirement plans—from onboarding and setup to actuarial coordination, valuations, and ongoing plan enhancements.
• Partner Across the Organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert, helping to align efforts, improve processes, and support organization-wide initiatives.
• Ensure Accuracy, Compliance & Performance
• Maintain clean data, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve issues, and keep operations running smoothly while driving continuous improvement and key projects forward (including actuarial timelines and major deliverables).

What Should I Bring with Me?

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team environment
Customer-focused mindset with relationship management experience
Preferred: background in employee benefits or retirement plans
