KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Bender Operator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment which manufactures the metal fabricated frame for product being produced.
• Operate, Edit, and Program CNC Tube or Wire bending equipment
• Conduct changeovers on benders
• Use of bend check fixtures to ensure quality
• Read and understand shop orders
• Provide a high-quality product in a timely manner to the internal customer
• Operate all other fabrication equipment in the cell (Robotic welders, drill presses, saws, hydraulic banks)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Skills

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive Attitude

Pay

Shift premium of $3.00/hour for 3rd shift. A $1.00/hour raise is given within the first year of employment.

Schedule

3rd shift hours are 10pm‑6am, Sunday night through Friday morning. Overtime may be required during busy season.
