We're looking for an exceptional Benchmarking & Strategy Manager to help shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Supporting and program managing cross-cutting, months-long operational improvement projects that will increase business efficiency and reduce risk.
- Gathering and organizing information about the problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved.
- Making recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.
- Interviewing personnel and conducting onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed.
- Managing cross-functional processes with leaders and executives across the company to ensure key decisions, major projects, and business outcomes are successful.
- Pricing and partnering closely with Internal Communications, Finance, Learning & Development, and other Business Operations teammates to facilitate company-wide processes.
- Evaluating new business opportunities and help support our 3–5-year strategic plan.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and three years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- Education and/or experience must include:
- Data Analysis: Leveraging competitive data to inform and influence business decisions
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic goals
- Output/Presentation: Produce executive research reports based on analysis of industry benchmarks
- Project Management: Manage and deliver on end-to-end market analysis and assessment

Base Pay Range
The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to the corresponding compensation zone.
$101,816 - $160,000 per year
