Responsibilities
- Provide laboratory support for discovery research activities, including cell culture, molecular biology, and immunology-related laboratory work.
- Execute established workflows supporting rodent immunization, serum titer screening, B cell sorting, molecular cloning, and related sample processing activities.
- Maintain reagent inventories, prepare laboratory materials, and ensure operational readiness for discovery activities.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory records and internal data systems.
- Summarize data and communicate key findings, experimental progress, and campaign outcomes to project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in biology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline, with at least 2 years of full-time laboratory experience in an academic or industry setting.
- Experience in a laboratory setting with cell culture, molecular biology techniques, immunology-related research, and antibody-related assays/testing.
- Comfortable working with laboratory animals (primarily mice), tissue collection/dissection, and open to learning animal handling procedures.
- Strong laboratory organization skills, including reagent handling, inventory support, and maintaining materials needed for experimental workflows.
- Background in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, translational research, or antibody research is preferred.
