Bench Level Technician

About the role

The position is full-time (40 hours). Monday and ending Friday with the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. We allow one hour for lunch beginning at 11:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) Familiarization.
• Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Familiarization.
• Reading, Writing, and speaking the English Language.
• Basic and Advanced Electrical Schematics.
• Basic and Advanced Hydraulic Schematics.
• Basic and Advanced Pneumatic Schematics.
• Precision Measuring Tool Usage: Power supplies, Digital and Analog Meters, Scopes, Pressure and Bore Gauges, Flow Meters, Torque Wrenches, Load cells (Linear and Rotary).
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Can pass a routine Transportation Security Administration (TSA) felony background check.
• Adequately read, write, and verbally communicate in the English language.
• Understand and accept that additional duties will be required of them within the framework of their job responsibilities, like facility cleaning and upkeep, when needed.

Requirements

• Have familiarity with and can demonstrate basic hand tool usage that includes wrenches, sockets and their drives, screw and other fasteners drivers, etc., and powered drills and screwdrivers.
• Understand and accept that additional duties will be required of them within the framework of their job responsibilities, like facility cleaning and upkeep, when needed.

Qualifications

• Completed one of the following curriculums: Airframe and Powerplant, Aerospace Engineering or related Engineering fields.
