Bench Joiner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team of cabinet makers and bench joiners at our modern, well-equipped workshop in Lincoln. You will be based at our workshop in North Hykeham and will also deliver and install finished products to sites in Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. A full driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Machining, assembling, and finishing joinery items
• Conducting site surveys and producing cutting lists prior to manufacture
• Delivering and installing finished products to various sites
• Abiding by health and safety regulations within a workshop environment

Requirements

• Experience in machining, assembling, and finishing joinery items
• Good knowledge of materials including timbers, glass, and ironmongery
• Good understanding of drawings
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• A sense of pride in the quality of your work

Schedule

Full-time: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM on Fridays.
