About the Role
Majestic Jewelers, Inc. of Winter Park, Florida, a 40-year-old jewelry business known for custom design, repair work, and expertise in all facets of jewelry and watch repairs, is seeking a Master Bench Jeweler. This full-time position offers paid vacations, benefits, and bonuses. The role involves working in a family-oriented, team-focused environment with a schedule of Tuesday to Saturday, including adjusted hours during holiday seasons and additional time off in the summer.
Responsibilities
- Jewelry Repairs
- Polishing
- Ring Sizing
- Stone Resetting
- Prong Retipping
- Laser Welding (a plus)
- Fine Detail Finish Work
- Rhodium Plating
- Working with All Metal Types
Requirements
- 10 years or more of experience in all aspects of jewelry making
- Successful completion of a Bench Test
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of jewelry making and repair techniques
- Proficiency in working with all metal types
- Ability to perform fine detail finish work
Skills
- Laser Welding (preferred)
- Team player with a commitment to quality service
