Responsibilities
- Assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications and drawings.
- Fabricate components for shopfitting.
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary during projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience
- Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to joinery work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Working hours
7.45 – 16.30 every day, with an early finish at 15.15 on Friday. Over time is available 2 hours per day and Saturdays at time and a half
