About the Role

The Senior Inventory & Inbound Planning Manager will lead inventory and inbound logistics planning for the US fulfillment network. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels across multiple warehouses, coordinating inbound shipments, and establishing scalable processes and tools for inventory management. The position is critical for maintaining efficient supply chain operations and supporting the company’s growth across multiple marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Plan stock levels per SKU and warehouse across 5-6 US locations, balancing availability, delivery speed, and capital efficiency
  • Develop inbound schedules aligned with production, ocean freight lead times, and sales forecasts
  • Book and coordinate shipments end to end, maintaining 3PL supply without overstocking
  • Establish and improve processes, tooling, and reporting for US inventory and inbound planning
  • Collaborate daily with the Fulfillment Manager and Director of Supply Chain on execution

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory, demand, or supply planning for physical consumer products, preferably in e-commerce or omnichannel retail
  • Proven experience planning multi-warehouse networks, ideally within the US
  • Hands-on experience with inbound logistics and shipment booking, including ocean and road freight and 3PL coordination
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build models when tools are insufficient
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills and specific US multi-warehouse planning experience are advantageous

Pay

$3,500-$4,000 per month gross, dependent on skills and experience

Schedule

Full-time, remote work preferred from Eastern Europe
