Responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
- Retrieve, transport, and properly store guest luggage according to hotel guidelines.
- Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with room features and amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Keep management and leadership informed of any relevant guest feedback or operational issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of messages, faxes, and other communications throughout the day.
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and main lobby/front door coverage as needed.
- Safely operate property-designated vehicles for guest transport, including to local airports when required.
- Maintain the appearance, functionality, and upkeep of bell equipment and storage areas.
