You’ll ensure guests have a memorable experience, leaving with a stronger sense of wellness than when they arrived. You’ll also be responsible for the boutique and inventory needs, ensuring products are available to take home for guests to enjoy an at-home-spa experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (spa management, retail, etc.) is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience with spa products and services is a plus
