Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service, positively affects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions.
• GGreets arriving and departing guests.
• Loads guests belongings onto carts and delivers them safely to guests rooms or to guests vehicles.
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Assures the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility.
• Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
• Assists hotel guests with their luggage and provides information regarding property and events within the casino.
• Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
• Orients guests to room facilities by explaining the different features available.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
