Bell Attendant (Seasonal)

About the role

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
• Communicate with the Front Office and Valet to coordinate guest needs.
• Provide guests with information about room offerings and features.
• Ensure guests are comfortable with their accommodations.
• Participate in casual conversations and provide hotel or local recommendations.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00.
