Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services including assessments, interventions, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Conducts individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Reviews and compiles multidisciplinary treatment plans under supervision.
• Attends and participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Delivers patient services ethically, promoting respect and enhancing patient dignity and satisfaction.
• Affirms age/disability/cultural needs and involves support systems in decision-making.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum qualifications: Clinical Social Worker (CSW), LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPC-A (TX Only) or Psychologist.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year post-graduate experience in clinical practice.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of mental illness, chemical dependency, and family dynamics; in-depth knowledge of clinical therapy modalities; assessment, intervention, treatment, and discharge planning skills.
• Skills: Excellent communication and group/process skills; ability to assess and interpret patient data; ability to cope with stress and multitask.
