About the Role

BAYADA Behavioral Health is seeking recent graduates, Paraprofessionals, Skills Trainers, Educational Assistants (EA), and those interested in working with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs). Start out as a Behavior Technician Trainee and become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) with BAYADA in just a few weeks!

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR a High School Diploma/GED with Passage of the ParaPro Praxis assessment (BAYADA assistance available)
• No experience necessary
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam to become an RBT with BAYADA!

Pay & Schedule

• RBT Starting Pay: $30
• Weekly Pay Mon-Fri (7:30am-3pm)
