Behavioral Technician (BT)

About the role

We're rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up. Our goal is to make therapy feel different — more relational, less transactional. We believe in seeing children as full people with stories, spark, and potential, and in working closely with families to support greater independence and connection.

Responsibilities

• Support children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Help children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills
• Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way
• Track session notes and bring your own observations and ideas into care

Requirements

• Pass a background check
• Livel nearby and have reliable transportation
• Be open to becoming a Behavior Technician if needed
• Have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Pay

$23-30/hr based on experience and contribution
