Behavioral Technician (BT)

About the role

We're rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up. Our goal is to make therapy feel different, focusing on relationships and supporting children's growth.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with children in their home or community, helping them develop important skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Work collaboratively with families, sharing progress and ideas.
• Track session notes and bring your own observations into care.

Requirements

• Pass a background check.
• Be a Behavior Technician or willing to become one (training provided).
• Live nearby and have reliable transportation.
• Be drawn to the idea that your presence could help a child build an entirely new life.
• Care more about people than processes and want your work to reflect that.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
