Behavioral Technician (BT)

About the role

We’re not just delivering therapy — we’re rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up. Children become “cases.” Therapists are reduced to billable hours. Families feel like an afterthought. We believe it can feel different — and should.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills
• Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way
• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care

• Livel nearby and have reliable transportation

Part-time position - 20 hours weekly
